硅对油菜抗菌核病侵染及抗氧化酶活性的影响

Effect of Silicon Application on Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum Resistance and Antioxidant Enzyme Activities in Oilseed Rape

摘要 为确定菌核病菌侵染下外源硅对油菜抗病性及抗氧化酶活性的影响,在油菜初花期用菌核病菌丝块分别对喷施硅和清水对照下的不同抗性油菜品种进行接种,随后测定其病情指数和抗氧化酶活性.结果表明:使用抗病品种和施加外源硅的病情指数在不同时间段均显著低于其他处理;油菜菌核病侵染后,不同品种抗性处理、施用硅处理和各个组合处理之间的POD、PPO、PAL和SOD酶活性存在显著差异;抗病品种与外源硅协同应用的4种抗氧化酶的活性峰值及抗氧化酶活性增长速度均显著高于其他处理.采用油菜抗病品种的同时施用外源硅能够有效抑制油菜菌核病的侵染扩张. In order to clarify the effect of exogenous silicon on disease resistance and antioxidant enzyme activity of rapeseed under Sclerotinia sclerotiorum infection,At the first flowering stage,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum mycelium block was inoculated on different resistant oilseed rape cultivars,which were sprayed with silicon and clean water,disease indices and antioxidant enzyme activities were then determined.The results showed that the disease index of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum could be effectively reduced by using resistant varieties and applying exogenous silicon.After Sclerotinia sclerotiorum infection,there were significant differences in the activities of POD,PPO,PAL and SOD among different varieties,silicon treatments and combinations.The results showed that the disease indexes of using resistant varieties and applying exogenous silicon were significantly lower than other treatments at different time periods.There were significant differences in the activities of POD,PPO,PAL and SOD enzymes among the different varietal resistance treatments,silicon application treatments and each combination of treatments after botrytis infestation,and the peak activities of all four antioxidant enzymes of the disease-resistant varieties and exogenous silicon applied synergistically were significantly higher than those of the other treatments,and the rate of growth of antioxidant enzyme activities was also significantly higher than that of the other treatments.The application of exogenous silicon and the use of resistant rape varieties could effectively inhibit the infection and expansion of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.This study laid a foundation for the integrated control of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
