互动启发式教学在中医科辨证施护能力培养中的应用

The Application of Interactive Heuristic Teaching in the Training of Nursing Ability Based on Syndrome Differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的 探讨互动启发式教学在中医科辨证施护能力培养中的应用效果。方法 取三所医院中医科护士45名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组22名采用常规培训,观察组23名采用互动启发式教学,比较两组中医护理能力、中医辨证施护能力和考核成绩。结果 观察组的中医护理能力得分为(105.26±3.64)分,高于对照组的(92.37±4.08)分;辨证施护能力得分为(79.37±2.52)分,高于对照组的(72.06±2.71)分,且观察组的辨证施护理论得分、辨证施护实践技能得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于互动启发式教学的中医辨证施护能力培养,有利于提高护理人员中医知识、辨证施护能力的培训效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of interactive heuristic teaching in the cultivation of nursing ability based on syndrome differentiation in TCM.Methods Forty-five nurses of traditional Chinese medicine department in 3 hospitals were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The control group(22 nurses) received routine training,and the observation group(23 nurses) received interactive heuristic teaching.The ability of TCM nursing,TCM syndrome differentiation and assessment results were compared between the two groups.Results The score of TCM nursing ability in observation group was(105.26±3.64) points,which was higher than that in control group(92.37±4.08) points.The score of syndrome differentiation and care ability was(79.37±2.52) points,which was higher than that of the control group(72.06±2.71) points,and the score of syndrome differentiation and care theory and practice skill of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of TCM nursing ability based on interactive heuristic teaching is beneficial to improve the training effect of TCM knowledge and nursing ability of the trainees.
