摘要
目的 评价传统中医药文化在小儿推拿教学中的应用效果。方法 随机选取上海中医药大学2021—2022学期推拿学课堂教学学生60人作为研究对象,实验组和对照组各30人。实验组采用中医药文化渗透式教学模式,对照组采用常规教学模式,教学结束后评价两组学生的教学满意度。结果 不同教学模式教学后,两组学生临床技能、学习兴趣、师生互动、人文素养、职业道德、医患关系、知识掌握度、人际沟通能力及课堂参与度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组学生自学能力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 中医药文化渗透式教学模式使学生的临床技能、学习兴趣、职业道德、人文素养、知识掌握度、课堂参与度均有所提高,可以增强学生的人际沟通能力,并加强师生间的互动,还可以培养良好的医患关系,值得提倡。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine culture in children's massage teaching.Methods Sixty students in the classroom teaching of massage in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2021 to 2022 semester were randomly selected as the research objects,with 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.The experimental group adopted the traditional Chinese medicine culture infiltration teaching mode,and the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode.After the teaching,the teaching satisfaction of the students in both groups was evaluated.Results After teaching with different teaching modes,there were statistically significant differences in clinical skills,learning interest,teacher-student interaction,humanistic literacy,professional ethics,doctor-patient relationship,knowledge mastery,interpersonal communication ability and class participation between the two groups(P<0.05),while no statistically significant differences in self-learning ability between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine culture penetration teaching mode can improve students' clinical skills,learning interests,professional ethics,humanistic quality,knowledge mastery and classroom participation,enhance students' interpersonal communication ability,strengthen the interaction between teachers and students,and cultivate good doctorpatient relations.It is worth advocating.
