Application of Student-centered Teaching Model Combined with WeChat Platform in Practice Teaching of Department of Neurology

目的 评价微信平台联合以学生为中心在神经内科实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选择安徽中医药大学2019级针灸推拿学专业100名学生为研究对象,分成对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统讲授式教学,实验组采取基于微信平台的以学生为中心的教学法。实习结束后,对两组学生的学习成绩和调查问卷结果进行分析,评价教学效果。结果 实验组学生在基础理论知识、病例分析、基本临床技能操作等三方面成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);调查问卷结果显示,实验组学生在带教方式满意度、学习兴趣、自主学习能力、临床思维能力及临床综合分析能力等五个方面明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微信平台联合以学生为中心的教学方法可调动学生自主学习积极性,提高神经内科学教学效果。

Objective To explore the effects of student-centered teaching model based on WeChat platform in the practice teaching of department of neurology.Methods A total of 100 students of clinical undergraduate class in Grade 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was given the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group was given the student-centered teaching model based on WeChat platform.At the end of the internship,the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination scores and questionnaires.Results The results of basic theoretical knowledge,case analysis and basic clinical skill operation of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in five aspects:satisfaction with teaching methods,learning interest,autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability and clinical comprehensive analysis ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of student-centered teaching model based on WeChat platform is effective and feasible in practice teaching of department of neurology,and it can improve the learning interest of the students,and may significantly improve the effect of clinical teaching.
