耳穴综合疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者负性情绪的影响

Effect of Auricular Point Comprehensive Therapy on Negative Emotion of Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的 观察耳穴综合疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者负性情绪的影响。方法 选取2022年8月—2022年12月威海市中医院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,各58例。常规组采取常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上予耳穴综合疗法,均连续干预3周。比较两组患者干预前,干预后1周、2周、3周中医证候积分以及负性情绪、生活质量评分及不良反应发生率。结果 干预后1周、2周、3周,两组中医证候积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较干预前降低,且研究组低于同期常规组(P<0.05);两组慢性病生命质量-慢性胃炎量表(QLICD-CG)评分均较干预前上升,且研究组高于同期常规组(P<0.05)。干预期间研究组不良反应总发生率为15.52%(9/58),低于常规组的34.48%(20/58)(P<0.05)。结论 耳穴综合疗法能有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状、减轻其负性情绪、提升其生活质量,并能减少并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular point comprehensive therapy on negative emotions of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to December 2022 were randomly divided into routine group and study group,with 58cases in each group.The routine group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given auricular point comprehensive therapy on the basis of the routine group.The patients in both groups were continuously intervened for 3 weeks.Before the intervention,1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after the intervention,the scores of TCM syndromes,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the intervention period was compared.Results At 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after intervention,TCM syndrome scores and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The score of chronic quality of life-Chronic Gastritis Scale(QLICD-CG) in both groups was higher than that before intervention,and the study group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 15.52%(9/58),which was lower than that in the conventional group(34.48%,20/58)(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point comprehensive therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,alleviate their negative emotions,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
