揿针联合蒲地蓝及肺力咳治疗妊娠期喉源性咳嗽临床观察

Pressing Needle Combined with Pudilan and Feilike in Treating Laryngeal Cough during Pregnancy

目的 探讨揿针联合蒲地蓝及肺力咳治疗妊娠期喉源性咳嗽的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取78例芦溪县妇幼保健院2019年1月—2022年6月收治的妊娠期喉源性咳嗽患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组予以蒲地蓝联合联合肺力咳治疗,观察组加用揿针治疗,持续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分、气道阻力及安全性。结果 观察组总有效率94.87%(37/39)较对照组的79.49%(31/39)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后咳嗽、咽痒、咽痛及咽部异物感积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后近咽部黏性阻力、呼吸道总阻抗、呼吸道总黏性阻力低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应。结论 揿针联合蒲地蓝及肺力咳可提高妊娠期喉源性咳嗽临床疗效,降低症状积分及气道阻力,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of pressing needle combined with Pudilan and Feilike in the treatment of laryngeal cough during pregnancy.Methods Seventy-eight patients with laryngeal cough during pregnancy admitted to Luxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each.The control group was treated with Pudilan and Feilike,and the observation group was treated with pressing needle on the basis of the control group for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,airway resistance and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%(37/39),which was higher than that of the control group(79.49%,31/39),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,pharyngeal itch,pharyngeal pain and pharyngeal foreign body sensation were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The near pharyngeal viscous resistance,respiratory tract total impedance and respiratory tract total viscous resistance after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion Pressing needle combined with Pudilan and Feilike can improve the clinical efficacy of laryngeal cough during pregnancy,reduce the symptom score and airway resistance,and is safe and reliable.
