玉屏风散联合西药治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

Yupingfeng Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的 探究玉屏风散在慢性荨麻疹中的治疗效果。方法 选取2019年3月—2021年3月于安福县人民医院治疗的70例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用西药联合玉屏风散治疗。对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)、炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果 治疗后,研究组的中医证候积分、DLQI评分、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平均低于对照组,干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 慢性荨麻疹患者加用玉屏风散治疗,能够有效缓解临床症状、抑制炎性因子水平、提升生活质量,且不良反应较少。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yupingfeng powder on chronic urticaria.Methods Seventy patients with chronic urticaria in Anfu People's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Yupingfeng powder.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,quality of life(DLQI),inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,DLQI score,interleukin-4(IL-4) and interleukin-10(IL-10) levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the interferon-γ(IFN-γ) level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of the control group(77.14%,27/35).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life,and have fewer adverse reactions.
