从《伤寒杂病论》谈COVID-19的中医护理

Discussion on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing of COVID-19 from the Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases

虽然《伤寒杂病论》是一部2000年前的著作,但其客观反映了外感疾病的传变规律,并科学系统地总结了一套行之有效的治疗方案(理法方药),因此适用于一切外感病的临床治疗和护理。新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)虽然在典籍中未被记载,但因其属于外感病的范畴,故研究《伤寒杂病论》外感病的护理方法对其临床护理有重要意义。文章通过梳理《伤寒杂病论》关于外感病护理的理论来源,结合COVID-19的临床表现和病因病机,提出相应的具体护理措施。

Although Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases is a book written two thousand years ago,it objectively reflects the laws of transmission and change of exogenous diseases,and scientifically and systematically summarizes a set of effective treatment plans(principles and prescriptions),so it is applicable to the clinical treatment and nursing of all exogenous diseases.Although COVID-19 has not been recorded in ancient books,it belongs to the category of exogenous diseases,so it is of great significance to study the nursing methods of exogenous diseases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases for clinical nursing of COVID-19.This article sorted out the theoretical sources of exogenous disease nursing in Treatise on Typhoid and Miscellaneous Diseases,and put forward corresponding specific nursing measures based on the clinical manifestations,etiology and pathogenesis of COVID-19.
