辨证论治癌痛的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Cancer Pain Based on Syndrome Differentiation

癌痛是晚期癌症患者最常见、最严重的症状之一,它给患者带来了巨大的痛苦,严重影响了患者的生活质量。文章分析了近几年治疗癌痛的有关文献,从病因病机到辨证论治的相关内容,阐述了中医辨证论治癌痛的进展。中西医结合治疗癌痛能提高临床效果,减少不良作用,但目前还没有客观统一的癌痛辨证标准。

Cancer pain is one of the most common and serious symptoms in patients with advanced cancer,which brings great pain to patients and seriously affects their quality of life.This paper discussed the research progress of the treatment of cancer pain based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine,analyzed the related literature of the treatment of cancer pain in recent years,and expounded the progress of the treatment of cancer pain in traditional Chinese medicine from the etiology,pathogenesis to the treatment based on syndrome differentiation.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cancer pain can improve clinical efficacy and reduce side effects,but there is no objective and unified standard for cancer pain differentiation.
