浅谈综合性医院中医肿瘤科临床教学问题与对策

Discussion on Clinical Teaching Problems and Countermeasures of Department of Oncology of Traditional Chinese Medicine in General Hospitals

文章结合综合性医院中医肿瘤科专科临床教学现状及问题,分析临床教学质量不同维度下降的原因,涉及教学目标、医院科室教学管理、带教医师以及实习生各自所存在的问题,并给出相应问题的解决对策,希望通过探讨找寻提高中医肿瘤科专科临床教学质量的方法。文章强调处于临床教学中心位置的带教医师需要从医德、医技和教学三方面提高自身带教能力,以此不断提高中医肿瘤科临床教学质量,为中医肿瘤科人才培养奠定基础。

Based on the current situation and problems of clinical teaching in the department of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine in general hospitals,this paper analyzed the reasons for the decline of clinical teaching quality in different dimensions,involving the problems existing in teaching objectives,teaching management of hospital departments,teaching doctors and interns,and put forward solutions to the corresponding problems,hoping to find ways to improve the clinical teaching quality of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine specialty through discussion.This paper emphasized that the teaching doctors in the central position of clinical teaching need to improve their teaching ability from the aspects of medical ethics,medical skills and teaching,so as to continuously improve the clinical teaching quality of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine and lay a foundation for the training of talents in oncology of traditional Chinese medicine.
