Research Progress on Targets and Selective Inhibitors of Polo-like Kinase-1(PLK-1)

In this paper,the biological function of PLK-1,the correlation between PLK-1 and tumors,and the latest research progress on PLK-1 inhibitors under study are reviewed,in order to provide references for the research and development of PLK-1 inhibitors.
