习近平法治思想指导下我国商事法律人才培养路径探析

Exploration of the Training Path of Commercial Legal Talents in China Under Xi's Legal Ideology

2020年习近平法治思想中央全面依法治国工作会议上提出的“习近平法治思想”,深刻回答了全面依法治国的一系列重大问题。经济全球化背景下,依法治国需要不同的法律人才贡献力量,商事法律人才的需求被提上日程。在我国的法律人才需求和学生就业存在矛盾的前提下,还存在有法律人才培养目标制定与人才需求现状不对等,专门商事法律人才培养制度缺失,涉外商事法律人才培养难度大等问题,因此建议政府、行业与高校各司其职互相配合,培养高质量商事法律人才,同时加强学术界和实务界的密切合作,增强学生理论与实践相结合的能力,最后应加强双语课程教学,培养复合型商事法律人才。

"Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law"which was raised in 2020 answers a series of major issues in comprehensive framework for promoting the rule of law.Under the background of economic globalization,the demand for commercial legal talents,as well as the demand of rule of law for different legal talents to contribute their efforts have been put on the agenda.However,problems still exist in China given the contradiction between the demand for legal talents and the difficult employment situation of law students,including imbalance between the goals of curriculum of legal talent cultivation and the current demand of legal talents,the lack of specialized commercial legal talent educating system,and the difficulty of cultivating foreign-related commercial legal talents.Therefore,it is recommended that the government,industry,and universities cooperate with each other to cultivate high-quality commercial legal talents.Meanwhile the academic circle and practitioners should work together to enhance students'ability to combine theory with practice.It is also necessary to strengthen bilingual teaching in law to cultivate versatile commercial legal talents.
