碳纤维增强环氧体育用复合材料热机械性能研究

摘要 采用纤维缠绕技术制备了单向UD-CFRP、双向2D-CFRP以及单向和双向组合UD+2D-CFRP的复合材料,探究碳纤维及其官能团的取向对碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)复合材料的热机械性能影响。结果表明,CERP复合材料的力学性能和热机械性能与碳纤维排列方向有关,单一排列的UD-CFRP有更好的力学性能和热机械性能。 Unidirectional UD-CFRP,bidirectional 2D-CFRP,and unidirectional and bidirectional combination UD+2D-CFRP composites were prepared by fiber winding technique to investigate the effect of the orientation of carbon fibers and their functional groups on the thermo-mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)composites.The results show that the mechanical and thermo-mechanical properties of the CERP composites are related to the direction of carbon fiber arrangement,and the single-aligned UD-CFRP has better mechanical and thermo-mechanical properties.
