摘要
介绍了固体酸碱催化剂在糠醛Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley(MPV)还原制糠醇中的研究进展。糠醛作为高度商品化的生物基平台化合物,其可通过加氢还原为更具有经济价值的化学品。MPV还原因其条件温和、安全和环保而受到生物炼制领域青睐。介绍MPV典型反应及六元环过渡态的形成过程;对不同固体酸碱催化剂在糠醛MPV还原制糠醇中的研究进展进行总结,其中锆/铪基催化剂具有优异的MPV还原性能被广泛研究;针对固体酸碱催化剂在该领域进行总结,并指出存在的主要问题和解决方法,同时对该领域未来的发展进行展望。
The research progress of solid acid-base catalysts in the reduction of furfural Meerwein-Ponndorf-Verley(MPV)to furfuryl alcohol was reviewed.As a highly commercialized biological platform compound,furfural can be reduced into more economical chemicals by hydrogenation.MPV reduction is favored in the field of bio-refining because of its mild conditions,safety and environmental protection.The typical reactions of MPV and the formation of six-membered ring transition states are introduced,and the research progress of different solid acid-base catalysts in the reduction of furfural to furfuryl alcohol with MPV is summarized,the excellent MPV reduction performance of zirconium/hafnium-based catalysts has been widely studied.A summary of solid acid-base catalysts in this field and the main problems and solutions in this field are pointed out,at the same time,the future development of this field is prospected.
