使用工程化益生菌作为活菌制剂是一种新兴的递药系统设计思路,主要利用益生菌本身特有的生物安全性与胃肠道靶向性来构建具备主动靶向功能的新型递药系统。本综述从益生菌活菌制剂的优势和工程化益生菌活菌制剂在疾病治疗中的应用展开,重点关注了工程化益生菌在细菌感染、病毒感染、肿瘤和炎症等疾病治疗中的研究进展,并展望了益生菌活菌制剂的未来发展。

The use of engineered probiotics as live bacteria preparation is an emerging drug delivery system design idea,which mainly uses the unique biosafety and gastrointestinal targeting of probiotics to build a new drug delivery system with active targeting function.This review focuses on the research progress of engineered probiotics in the treatment of bacterial infection,viral infection,tumor and inflammation,and looks ahead to the future development of probiotic as live bacteria preparations.
