摘要
通过CFD研究了多翼离心风机叶轮中盘开孔对油烟机电机温升和风机风量和风压的影响。结果表明,中盘开孔使热量从叶轮前段和后段同时排出。且后段排出的热量占比更大,而封闭设计的热量则全部从后段排出。因此叶轮中盘开孔设计比封闭设计温升降低2K。中盘开孔有助于气流从叶轮前段经过中盘孔流入后段,并从后段排出,这增强了电机周围的涡量强度,提高了电机壳体表面的风速。开孔中盘叶轮的气动性能在全工况范围内均有提升,静压提高4%~20%,效率提升5%~7.8%。在最大风量工况,叶轮中盘开孔设计促进气流从叶轮后段吸入,进而提升叶轮后段的风量,这提升了电机的散热效率,使得最大风量和最大静压分别提高4%和6%。
The influence of impeller hub with hole of the multi-blade centrifugal fan on the temperature rise of the range hood motor,and air volume,pressure of the fan is studied through CFD.The results show that the heat of the hub with hole is discharged from the front and back of the impeller,and mainly discharged from the back,but the heat of the hub without hole is discharged from the back.So the temperature rise of hub with hole is reduced by 2K compared the hub without hole.The air is flowing from the front of impeller to the back through the hole of hub which improves the vortex intensity around the motor and intensifies the heat transfer on the motor.The aerodynamic performance of the fan is improved in the full operation condition,the static pressure increased by 4%~20%and the efficiency increased by 5%~7.8%.In the maximum flow rate condition,the air goes through from back of impeller which rises the the flow rate and improves the heat dissipation efficiency of motor,the maximum air volume and maximum static pressure increase by 4%and 6%for the hub with hole.
