近10年温针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛作用机制研究

Mechanism of Warming Needle Moxibustion in Treating Post-Stroke Spasm in Recent 10 Years

脑卒中后痉挛是造成脑卒中后患者运动功能恢复障碍的主要原因,温针灸治疗该病疗效显著,但作用机制尚不清晰。概述近10年温针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛的作用机制,从中医扶助正气、温化痰瘀、平衡阴阳、调畅气机的角度,及西医改善血液流变学指标、促进神经通路重建、调节神经化学物质、抑制脊髓后角兴奋性方面展开论述,以期为临床温针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛提供借鉴及参考。

Post-stroke spasm is the main cause of motor function recovery disorder of patients after stroke.Warming needle moxibustion has significant clinical efficacy,but the mechanism is still unclear.This paper summarized and analyzed the mechanism of warming needle moxibustion in treating post-stroke spasm in the recent 10 years from the perspectives of reinforcing healthy qi,warming and resolving phlegm and blood stasis,balancing yin and yang,and regulating qi movement in traditional Chinese medicine,as well as improving hemorheological indicators,promoting the reconstruction of neural pathways,regulating neuro⁃chemicals,and suppressing the excitability of the spinal dorsal horn in western medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical warming needle moxibustion in treating post-stroke spasm.There are 47 references.
