少子老龄化背景下代际项目模式研究

Research on the intergenerational project model under the background of young children'aging

随着我国少子老龄化现象的进一步加深,“一老一小”所带来的问题也愈发突出。目前代际项目成为缓解我国老龄化问题的重要举措之一。为深入了解我国代际项目的发展现状,文章对国内代际项目的典型案例及其成功经验进行研究,根据对典型案例的模式分析,得出促进文化整合、注重需求契合和鼓励协同共建三点启示。

With the further deepening of the aging phenomenon of young children in China,the problems brought by“one old and one small”are becoming more and more prominent.At present,intergenerational projects have become one of the important measures to alleviate the problem of aging in China.In order to understand the development status of intergenerational projects in China,this paper studies the typical cases and successful experiences of intergenerational projects in China.According to the model analysis of typical cases,three inspirations are drawn to promote cultural integration,pay attention to demand fit and encourage collaborative construction.
