新政策背景下农业企业财务绩效管理研究——以B公司为例

Research on financial performance management of agricultural enterprises under the background of new policy-Taking company B as an example

中央农村工作会议强调国家要持续推进农业强国建设,把保障粮食和农产品稳定安全供给摆在重要位置。农业企业如何在新政策下持续健康发展已成为重要任务,而财务绩效管理在企业可持续发展中起着关键作用。因此,文章以B公司为例,通过对B公司财务绩效管理的现状分析,发现B公司在财务绩效管理方面存在指标设置不合理的问题,进一步发现整体财务绩效管理体系存在问题,并提出建议,发挥财务绩效管理在生产经营中的指导作用。

The Central Rural Work Conference stressed that the country should continue to promote the construction of an agricultural power,and ensure the stable and safe supply of food and agricultural products in an important position.How to develop sustainably and healthily under the new policy has become an important task,and financial performance management plays a key role in the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,by taking company B as an example and analyzing the current situation of company B's financial performance management,this paper finds that company B has the problem of unreasonable setting of indicators in its financial performance management,further finds the problems in the overall financial performance management system and puts forward suggestions to give full play to the guiding role of financial performance management in production and operation.
