摘要
技能人才是技术型人才队伍中的核心骨干,是企业竞争力的集中体现,对现代化建设起到至关重要的作用。黑龙江省作为曾经的工业基地以及正在进行产业转型的大省,对技能人才有着更加迫切的需求。文章总结了黑龙江省技能人才现状,列举了黑龙江省技能人才工作的主要不足,如技能人才社会地位不高,技能人才培养与产业发展要求存在差距,技能人才评价体系相对落后,技能人才职业发展道路不畅通,薪酬激励机制不健全等原因;并从加强职业教育建设、优化基础设施建设与公共产品的提供、拓宽技能人才发展路径,提高技能人才薪资待遇、加大宣传力度四方面为增加技能人才供给提供了建议。
Skilled talents are the core backbone of the technical talent team,the concentrated manifestation of enterprise competitiveness,and play a crucial role in modernization construction.As a former industrial base and a major province undergoing industrial transformation,Heilongjiang Province has a more urgent demand for skilled talents.This article summarizes the current situation of skilled talents in Heilongjiang Province and lists the main deficiencies in the work of skilled talents in Heilongjiang Province,such as the low social status of skilled talents,the gap between the training of skilled talents and the requirements of industrial development,the relatively backward evaluation system of skilled talents,the blocked path of career development for skilled talents and the imperfect salary incentive mechanism.Suggestions were also provided to increase the supply of skilled talents from four aspects:strengthening vocational education construction,optimizing infrastructure construction and public product provision,expanding the development path of skilled talents,increasing the salary and treatment of skilled talents,and increasing publicity efforts.
