补气活血汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心衰25例

Effect of Buqi Huoxue Decoction Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in the Treatment of 25 Cases of Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨补气活血汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心衰的疗效。方法选取2022年1月至2022年11月于都县中医院接诊的50例慢性心衰患者进行研究。采用随机数字表法分为两组各25例。对照组接受沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补气活血汤。比较两组患者疗程结束后的治疗效果、用药期间不良反应情况以及就诊时与疗程结束后中医证候评分、6 min步行试验结果、Lee氏心衰计分的差异。结果观察组疗程结束后总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束后心悸气短等评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗程结束后6 min步行试验结果高于对照组,Lee氏心衰计分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药期间不良反应总发生率分别为8.00%、12.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补气活血汤联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心衰疗效显著,安全性良好,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of buqi huoxue decoction combined with sacubitril valsartan on chronic heart failure.Methods From January 2022 to November 2022,50 patients with chronic heart failure were selected.Divide into two groups with 25 cases each using the random number table method.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan,and the observation group was treated with buqi huoxue decoction combined with sacubitril valsartan.Compare the treatment effect,adverse reactions during the treatment,and the difference of TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking test results,and Lee's heart failure score between the two groups at the end of treatment.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(68.00%),there was a significant difference between the results(P<0.05);after the treatment,the scores of palpitation and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the results of walking test 6 minutes after the end of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of Lee's heart failure was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups was 8.00%and 12.00%,respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Buqi huoxue decoction combined with sacubitril valsartan is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
