蚕沙散热熨联合尪痹片口服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎寒湿痹阻型临床观察

Clinical Observation on Cansha Powder with Ironing Combined with Wangbi Tablet with Oral Administration in Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Cold and Dampness Obstruction Type

目的:观察蚕沙散热熨联合尪痹片口服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎寒湿痹阻型的疗效。方法:72例随机分为观察组与对照组各36例,两组均口服尪痹片,对照组加用安慰剂热熨治疗,观察组加用蚕沙散封包热熨治疗。结果:治疗后两组膝关节周径值、VAS评分、WOMAC评分、血清IL-6水平、红外热像平均温度均改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蚕沙散热熨联合尪痹片口服治疗膝关节骨性关节炎寒湿痹阻型疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Cansha Powder with hot medicated compress combined with Wangbi Tablet with oral administration in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods:Seventy-two cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Wangbi Tablets orally.The control group were treated with Cansha Powder with hot medicated compress while the observation group were treated with Cansha Powder with hot medicated compress.Results:After treatment,the circumference of knee joint,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS score),The Western Ontarioand McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index Scale(WOMAC score),serum IL-6 level and average temperature of infrared thermography were improved in both groups(P<0.05)and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cansha Powder with hot medicated compress combined with Wangbi Tablet with oral administration is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with cold-dampness obstruction type.
