通补降浊方联合针刺辅治轻中度系统性红斑狼疮脾肾不足兼湿瘀交阻型疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察通补降浊方联合针刺辅治轻中度系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)脾肾不足兼湿瘀交阻型的疗效。方法:78例分为参照组39例和研究组39例。两组均用西药对症治疗,研究组加用通补降浊方联合针刺治疗。结果:研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组面部红斑灼热、腰膝酸软痛、关节疼痛、神疲乏力等证候积分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组SLE病情活动程度评分(SLEDAI)、24h蛋白尿定量(24hTUP)、血素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组补体C3、补体C4高于参照组,血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:通补降浊方联合针刺辅治轻中度SLE脾肾不足兼湿瘀交阻型疗效较好。 Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tongbu Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of mild to moderate systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness and blood stasis.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were divided into 39 cases in the reference group and 39 cases in the study group.Both groups were treated with western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the study group was treated with Tongbu Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of facial erythema,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,joint pain and fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SLE disease activity index(SLEDAI),24 h proteinuria(24 hTUP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,complement C3 and complement C4 in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongbu Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of mild to moderate SLE with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness and blood stasis.
