脑卒中相关国内专利信息分析

Analysis of domestic patent information related to cerebral stroke

脑卒中是一种急性脑血管疾病,由于发病率、致残率以及死亡率高,给患者及其家庭、社会带来沉重的负担.此次研究通过对国内脑卒中相关专利进行检索,共得到4942件相关专利,进一步对专利申请趋势、专利技术领域、专利法律状态等方面信息进行分析,总结归纳出脑卒中相关专利申请稳步增长,其中A61P9/10类、A61P25/28类、A61P25/16类、A61H1/02类是当前脑卒中类药物研发领域的重点技术类,为全面了解和防治脑卒中的创新性研究提供参考方向.

Cerebral stroke is an acute cerebrovascular disease,which brings heavy burden to patients,their families and society because of high morbidity,disability and mortality.In this study,a total of 4942 patents were obtained by searching the patents related to cerebral stroke in China,and the information of patent application trend,patent technical field and patent legal status was further analyzed,and the steady growth of stroke-related patent applications was summarized,among which,A61P9/10,A61P25/28,A61P25/16,and A61H1/02 were the key technical categories in the current research and development field of stroke drugs,providing reference direction for comprehensive understanding and innovative research on prevention and treatment of cerebral stroke.
