摘要
目的 探讨丁苯酞协同舍曲林治疗脑梗死(CI)后抑郁患者的效果.方法 选择2021年5月-2022年5月荔波县人民医院96例CI后抑郁患者,根据治疗方法不同分为常规组和联合组,每组各48例.两组均给予营养脑细胞、扩张脑血管、抗凝降脂等基础治疗.常规组应用舍曲林抗抑郁治疗,联合组增加丁苯酞协同治疗.对比两组治疗前后神经功能、认知功能、抑郁状态、日常活动能力及不良反应.结果 治疗1个月后,联合组NIHSS、CSS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组的MMSE评分、MBI评分高于常规组,HAMD评分低于常规组;两组不良反应比较,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论 在CI后抑郁患者中使用丁苯酞协同舍曲林有助于降低机体炎症因子水平,可极大程度地改善患者神经功能、抑郁及认知状态,促进日常活动能力恢复,且不良反应少,用药安全性高.
Objective To explore the efficacy of butylphthalide combined with antidepressants in the treatment of depression in patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods 96 patients with post-CI depression at Libo County People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into a conventional group and a combined group,with 48 patients in each group,based on different treatment methods.Both groups were treated with nourishing brain cells,expanding cerebral blood vessels,and anticoagulant and lipid-lowering therapy.The conventional group received antidepressant treatment with sertraline,while the combined group received synergistic treatment with butylphthalide.Compare neurological function,cognitive function,depressive state,daily activity ability,and adverse reactions.Resul ts After one month of treatment,the NIHSS and CSS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<O.05);the MMSE and MBI scores of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group,while the HAMD scores were lower than those of the conventional group;there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of butylphthalide combined with antidepressants in post-CI depression patients can help reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in the body,greatly improve the patient's neurological function,depression,and cognitive status,promote the recovery of daily activity ability,and have fewer adverse reactions,making medication safe.
