产后出血采用缩宫素联合米索前列醇治疗的效果

Effect of oxytocin combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的观察对产后出血患者采用缩宫素、米索前列醇联合用药的疗效.方法观察对象为2022年12月-2023年10月就诊于天津市武清区人民医院的52例产后出血患者,以抽签方法分组观察,26例接受缩宫素治疗者分入对照组,26例接受缩宫素、米索前列醇联合用药治疗者分入治疗组,对产后出血情况进行观察和对比.结果与对照组产后2h、24h出血量(374.47±40.72)mL、(578.42±46.73)mL相比,治疗组(278.47±39.32)mL、(510.05±38.46)mL明显较少,P<0.05;与对照组治疗后血红蛋白、红细胞比容水平(97.81±1.25)g/L、(25.48±2.13)%相比,治疗组患者(102.16±2.68)g/L、(29.86±3.42)%明显较高,P<0.05;与对照组相比,治疗组患者治疗后凝血功能明显更好,P<0.05;与对照组(26.92%)相比,治疗组患者不良反应发生率(3.85%)明显较低,P<0.05.结论对产后出血患者采用缩宫素、米索前列醇联合用药治疗效果良好,不但能控制出血量,还可优化血液指标和凝血功能,并且安全性更佳,值得推广.

Objective To observe the effect of combined administration of oxytocin and misoprostol in patients with postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 52 patients with postpartum hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to October 2023 were divided into groups by drawing lot.26 patients who received oxytocin treatment were divided into control group,and 26 patients who received oxytocin and misoprostol combined treatment were divided into treatment group,and the postpartum hemorrhage was observed and compared.Results Compared with the control group(374.47±40.72)mL and(578.42±46.73)mL,postpartum blood loss(278.47±39.32)mL and(510.05±38.46)mL in the treatment group at 2 and 24 hours postpartum was significantly less(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(97.81±1.25)g/L and(25.48±2.13)%after treatment,the levels of hemoglobin and erythrocyte specific volume(102.16±2.68)g/L and(29.86±3.42)%in the treatment group were significantly higher after treatment,P<0.05;compared with the control group,the coagulation function of the treatment group was significantly better after treatment,P<0.05;compared with the control group(26.92%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group(3.85%)was significantly lower,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of oxytocin and misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is effective,which can not only control the amount of blood loss,but also optimize the blood index and coagulation function,and has better safety,which is worth promoting.
