目的分析药护协作管理模式在手术室麻醉药品管理中的作用,并评估其对麻醉药品使用错误率、库存管理准确性和药品消耗量的影响.方法该研究采用回顾性分析的方法,选取无锡市惠山区中医医院手术室的麻醉药品管理数据作为研究对象.观察指标包括麻醉药品使用错误率、麻醉药品库存管理准确性、麻醉药品消耗量等.通过对比药护协作管理模式实施前后的数据,评估药护协作管理模式在手术室麻醉药品管理中的作用.结果实施药护协作管理模式后,麻醉药品使用错误率显著降低(P<0.01).库存管理准确率显著提高(P<0.01).药品消耗量有所降低(P<0.05).结论药护协作管理模式可以显著降低麻醉药品使用错误率,提高库存管理准确性,并降低药品消耗量,这表明药护协作管理模式可以提高手术室麻醉药品管理的效率和安全性.

Objective To analyze the role of the medication-nursing collaboration management model in anesthesia medication management in the operating room and evaluate its impact on the error rate of anesthesia medication use,accuracy of inventory management,and medication consumption.Methods This study used a retrospective analysis approach and selected anesthesia medication management data from the operating room of our hospital as the research subject.The observed indicators included the error rate of anesthesia medication use,accuracy of inventory management,and medication consumption.By comparing the data before and after the implementation of the medication-nursing collaboration management model,the role of the model in anesthesia medication management in the operating room was evaluated.Results After the implementation of the medication-nursing collaboration management model,the error rate of anesthesia medication use significantly decreased(P<0.01).The accuracy of inventory management significantly improved(P<0.01).Medication consumption also decreased(P<0.05).Concl usion The medication-nursing collaboration management model can significantly reduce the error rate of anesthesia medication use,improve the accuracy of inventory management,and reduce medication consumption.This indicates that the medication-nursing collaboration management model can enhance the efficiency and safety of anesthesia medication management in the operating room.
