多组分运动训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能指标及运动功能的影响

摘要 目的 探讨多组分运动训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能指标及运动功能的影响.方法 选取2022年6月-2023年10月来宾市兴宾区人民医院收治的172名COPD患者作为考察对象,根据随机数字分配法将其分为常规组(n=86)和观察组(n=86),给予常规组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规组基础上实施多组分运动训练,观察两组干预前后肺功能及运动能力情况.结果 干预前,两组肺功能相关指标水平比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组肺功能相关指标水平均高于常规组(P<0.05);干预前,两组运动耐力比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后,观察组运动耐力明显优于常规组(P<0.05).结论 多组分运动训练能够有效改善COPD患者肺功能,提高其运动耐力,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床大力推广使用. Objective To investigate the effects of multi-component exercise training on pulmonary function indexes and motor function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 172 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected as study subjects,and divided into routine group(n=86)and observation group(n=86)according to random number allocation method.Routine nursing intervention was given to the routine group,and multi-component exercise training was implemented in the observation group on the basis of routine group.The pulmonary function and exercise ability of the two groups were observed before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no difference in the level of lung function related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the level of lung function related indexes in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in exercise endurance between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the exercise endurance score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-component exercise training can effectively improve the pulmonary function and exercise endurance of COPD patients,which has high clinical application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
