中医定向透药治疗仪联合中医护理路径对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及康复的影响

The influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine directional transdrug therapy instrument combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing path on pain and recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的 探究中医定向透药治疗仪与中医护理路径结合应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛与康复研究.方法 选取九江市第一人民医院2020年2月-2023年3月期间住院治疗的62例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象.应用随机数字表法将入选患者分为对照组与研究组,每组各31例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用中医定向透药治疗仪与中医护理路径结合治疗,对两组患者的疼痛程度、腰椎功能、生活质量及治疗效果进行比较.结果 经护理后,研究组的腰部疼痛与下肢放射痛分数比对照组低(P<0.05).护理后,研究组患者ODI值低于对照组,而JOA值高于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,研究组较对照组生存质量高(P<0.05).研究组的总有效率(96.77%)比对照组(77.42%)高(P<0.05).结论 中医定向透药治疗仪与中医护理路径相结合,能有效缓解腰部疼痛及下肢的放射痛,加快腰椎功能康复,疗效显著,患者生活质量显著提升.

Objective To explore the study on pain and rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation in combination with Traditional Chinese Medicine directional drug penetration therapy instrument and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing path.Methods 62 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were hospitalized in our hospital from February 2020 to March 2023 were selected.Using random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,31 cases each.The control group was treated according to routine nursing,and the study group was treated according to the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine directional drug penetration therapy instrument and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing path.The pain degree,lumbar function,quality of life and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the radiative pain scores of lower waist and lower limb in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the ODI value of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the JOA value was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(77.42%)(P<0.05).Conclus ion The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine directional transdrug therapy instrument and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing path can effectively relieve the lumbar pain and lower limb radiation pain,accelerate the functional rehabilitation of lumbar spine,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
