雷火灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿的效果

The effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoint application in treating renal edema of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type

目的观察雷火灸联合中药穴位贴敷治疗脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿的临床效果.方法纳入2021年1月-12月江苏省南通市中医院收治的86例脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例.对照组行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以雷火灸联合穴位贴敷.观察两组中医证候积分、治疗效果及安全性.结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分均较对照组低,治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应.结论雷火灸联合中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗脾肾阳虚型肾性水肿可改善患者中医证候,提升临床疗效,安全可靠.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoints in the treatment of renal edema of spleen kidney yang deficiency type.Method 86 patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency type renal edema admitted to our hospital from January to December 2021 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Thunder Fire Moxibustion combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Observe the TCM syndrome scores,treatment effects,and safety of two groups.Result After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);both groups did not experience serious adverse reactions.Conc lus ion The combination of Thunder Fire Moxibustion and external application of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupoints can assist in the treatment of renal edema caused by spleen kidney yang deficiency,improve Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,enhance clinical efficacy,and be safe and reliable.
