温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及对相关炎性因子影响的临床研究

Clinical study on the efficacy of warm acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and its effect on related inflammatory factors

目的探讨温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及对相关炎性因子的影响.方法选择2022年8月-2023年8月三穗县中医医院收治的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者,编号后使用软件随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各45例.对照组予以常规西药及推拿治疗,实验组予以温针灸治疗.对比两组治疗前后腰椎功能、炎性因子、疼痛程度与临床疗效.结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后JOA量表相关维度评分、轻度疼痛占比均上升(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-1、CRP水平及重度疼痛占比均下降(P<0.05);治疗后两组比较,实验组JOA量表相关维度评分、轻度疼痛占比较对照组高(P<0.05),实验组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-1、CRP水平及重度疼痛占比较对照组低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗总有效率(77.78%)相比,实验组(93.33%)更高(P<0.05).结论腰椎间盘突出症采用温针灸疗法,可减轻相关炎性因子水平,改善腰椎功能,缓解患者疼痛感,提升临床疗效.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of warm acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and the effect on related inflammatory factors.Methods 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Sansui County Hospital of TCM from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and massage,and the experimental group was treated with warm acupuncture.Lumbar spine function,inflammatory factors,pain level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the JOA scale related dimension scores and the proportion of mild pain increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),while the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-1,CRP,and the proportion of severe pain decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,the experimental group had a higher proportion of mild pain and score of JOA related dimensions compared to the control group(P<0.05),while the experimental group had a lower proportion of severe pain and level of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-1,CRP compared to the control group(P<0.05);and the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture therapy for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can reduce the level of related inflammatory factors,improve lumbar spine function,relieve pain and improve clinical efficacy.
