穴位贴敷、推拿联合中药塌渍对小儿支气管肺炎所致慢性咳嗽患儿干预效果

Effect of acupoint application and massage comb ined with Traditional Ch inese Medicine on children with chronic cough caused by br onchopneumonia

目的探讨穴位贴敷、推拿联合中药塌渍对小儿支气管肺炎所致慢性咳嗽患儿的干预效果.方法选择2019年1月-2020年6月江西省新余市中医院收治的小儿支气管肺炎所致慢性咳嗽患儿96例,根据随机数字表法将患儿分为单一组(48例)和联合组(48例).单一组采用常规西药治疗+常规护理干预,联合组采用穴位贴敷、推拿、中药塌渍护理干预.干预7d后,比较两组患儿住院时间、主要症状改善时间、生活质量及肺功能指标.结果联合组住院时间和咳嗽、肺部啰音、发热、气喘改善时间均短于单一组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);干预后联合组生活质量评分、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、峰流速(PEF)均高于单一组,有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论穴位贴敷、推拿联合中药塌渍可有效改善小儿支气管肺炎所致慢性咳嗽患儿的肺功能,缩短症状缓解时间和住院时间,提高生活质量.

Objective To investigate the intervention effect of acupoint application,massage combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on children with chronic cough caused by bronchopneumonia.Methods 96 children with chronic cough caused by bronchopneumonia in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into single group(48 cases)and combined group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The single group was treated with conventional western medicine+conventional nursing intervention,while the combined group was treated with acupoint application,massage and traditional Chinese medicine.After 7 days of intervention,the length of hospital stay,improvement time of main symptoms,quality of life and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The length of hospital stay and improvement time of cough,pulmonary rales,fever and asthma in combined group were shorter than those in single group(P<0.05).After intervention,quality of life score,forced expiratory volume(FEV1)and peak flow rate(PEF)in the combined group were higher than those in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application and massage combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine can effectively improve the lung function of children with chronic cough caused by bronchopneumonia,shorten the time of symptom relief and hospital stay,and improve the quality of life.
