益气活血汤联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对机体微炎症状态的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation and its influence on microinflammatory state of the body

目的 探析益气活血汤联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对机体微炎症状态的影响.方法 采用前瞻性研究方式,选取2022年1月-2023年5月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例;对照组给予常规对症护理,观察组给予益气活血汤联合温针灸治疗.比较两组临床疗效、微炎症状态[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6),血清淀粉样蛋白(SAA)]以及不良反应.结果 观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14d后,两组hs-CRP、IL-6以及SAA水平均显著下降,且相较于对照组,观察组上述水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 益气活血汤联合温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,可改善微炎症状态,安全性较好.

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its influence on the micro inflammatory state of the body.Method A prospective study was conducted,selecting 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted from January 2022 to May 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 patients in each group;the control group was given routine symptomatic nursing,and the observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with warming acupuncture and moxibustion.Compare the clinical efficacy,micro inflammatory status[hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),serum amyloid protein(SAA)],and adverse reactions between two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 14 days of treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,and SAA in both groups were significantly decreased,and compared to the control group,the observation group had lower levels of the above,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conc lus ion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,can improve the micro inflammatory state,and is safe.
