摘要
作为基站备用电源,蓄电池除能保证通信网络的可靠性与稳定性,还能在削峰填谷、平衡电网负荷及降低通信设备能耗的情况下发挥重要作用。调查发现,在蓄电池正常运行的情况下,仍存在容量下降过快、使用寿命大幅缩短的问题,初步认为与蓄电池本身状况及使用环境有关。为此,该文开发一种电池容量测评模型,该模型建立4个一级指标和17个二级指标,在指标赋值的情况下对蓄电池的基础信息、运行环境、社会影响和维护情况作出综合评价,根据最终的评分判断电池等级,并为下一步的蓄电池管理提供指导。
Be used as the backup power of the base station,which battery can not only ensure the reliability and stability of the communication network,but also play an important role in cutting the peak and filling the valley,balancing the power grid load and reducing the energy consumption of communication equipment.The survey found that when the battery is running normally,there will still be the problem that the capacity decreases too fast and the service life is greatly shortened,which is preliminarily related to the condition of the base station battery itself and the use environment.For this reason,a battery capacity evaluation model is developed in this paper.The model has 4 first-level indexes and 17 second-level indexes.In the case of index assignment,it can comprehensively evaluate the basic information,operating environment,social impact and maintenance of the battery,judge the battery grade according to the final score and provide guidance for the next step of battery management.
