转体梁营业线转体施工的安全质量管理研究

转体梁施工技术在新建铁路跨越营运铁路过程中得到广泛应用。该文以某新建铁路设计转体梁上跨京沪铁路营业线为例,从施工重点难点以及安全角度,对转体梁施工的组织架构、安全措施、风险管控等进行探讨,以保证转体梁施工的安全性和效益。该文旨在为类似工程施工的优化设计提供参考。

The construction technology of rotating beam is widely used in the process of new railway crossing the operating railway.This paper takes a new railway design swivel beam over the Beijing-Shanghai railway business line as an example.From the perspective of construction difficulties and safety,the organizational structure,safety measures and risk management and control of swivel beam construction are discussed to ensure the safety and efficiency of swivel beam construction.This paper aims to provide reference for the optimization design of similar engineering construction.
