风力发电机叶片除冰技术及相关材料研究进展

摘要 风力发电机叶片在低温环境下极易结冰,会严重影响风电机组发电效率。针对风电叶片的除冰,分析风电叶片表面覆冰的原因及类型,综述目前国内外主要的风电叶片除冰技术,包括涂层除冰、机械除冰、气热除冰及电热除冰,其中电热除冰技术具有可观的发展前景。传统电热除冰技术能耗高,寻找新型的低能耗、高效率电热除冰技术已成为目前重点研发之一。石墨烯具有优异的力学性能和导电升温性能,在电热除冰领域具有发展潜力。 The blade of wind turbine is easy to freeze in low temperature environment,which will seriously affect the power generation efficiency of wind turbine.Aiming at the deicing of wind power blades,the causes and types of icing on the surface of wind power blades are analyzed,and the main deicing technologies of wind power blades at home and abroad are summarized,including coating deicing,mechanical deicing,air-thermal deicing and electrothermal deicing.Among them,the electrothermal deicing technology has a considerable development prospect.The traditional electrothermal deicing technology has high energy consumption,so looking for a new type of low energy consumption and high efficiency electrothermal deicing technology has become one of the key research and development.Graphene has excellent mechanical properties and conductive heating properties,so it has development potential in the field of electrothermal deicing.
