壳聚糖调控橡胶树生长发育的分子机制分析

摘要 为了证明其对橡胶树生长发育的促进作用,本研究采用叶面喷施的方法处理橡胶树‘热研73397’和‘热研917’组培苗叶片,分析与橡胶树生长发育相关基因的表达规律,并对其进行相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明,壳聚糖可显著上调与橡胶树生长发育相关的能量合成基因HbATP、光合作用基因HbRbsS和活性氧淬灭酶基因HbAPX、HbCuZnSOD的表达量。相关和主成分分析表明,‘热研73397’品种的12个基因均呈正相关关系,且主成分只有1个。‘热研917’品种的12个基因中除HbMnSOD和HbCOXI不相关外,其余基因表达正相关,且有2个主成分。本研究结果表明,壳聚糖对橡胶树生长发育具有明显的促进作用并具有品种特异性,可作为橡胶树抗病和抗逆等化学调控剂的使用载体广泛应用,为橡胶树生长发育和抗逆机制研究提供科学依据,为新型栽培技术研发提供技术指导。 In order to prove its promoting effect on the growth and development of rubber tree,foliar spraying method was used to treat the leaves of'Reyan73397'and'Reyan917'tissue culture seedling,and the expression pat-terns of genes related to the growth and development of rubber tree were analyzed.Furthermore,correlation analy-sis and principal component analysis were performed.The results showed that chitosan could significantly up regu-lated the expression levels of energy synthesis gene HbATP,photosynthetic gene HbRbsS and reactive oxygen quench enzymes HbAPX and HbCuZnSOD.Correlation and principal component analysis showed that all the 12 genes of'Reyan73397'were positively correlated,and only one principal component was found.Among the 12 genes of'Reyan917',except HbMnSOD and HbCOXI were not correlated,the expression of other genes was posi-tively correlated,and there were two principal components.The results of this study showed that chitosan could significantly promote the growth and development of rubber tree and specific to rubber variety.Chitosan could be widely used as a carrier of chemical regulatory agents in stress resistance and disease resistance of rubber tree.It provides scientific basis for the research of growth and resistance mechanism,and provides technical guidance for the research and development of new cultivation techniques in rubber tree.
