摘要
以3个不同抗病能力月季品种为研究对象,分别选择不同部位叶片,测定MDA、SOD、POD和Pro含量等相关生理生化指标。结果表明:3个品种在不同生长阶段叶片MDA含量均有极显著差异,均随病害影响MDA含量有明显的升高;POD含量在3个时期先升高后降低,高抗品种变化幅度显著低于感病品种;抗病品种的SOD活性均高于感病品种;3个品种在不同生长阶段Pro含量差异显著,均随感病程度增加而降低。
Based on three Rose varieties with different black spot disease resistance,MDA,SOD,POD and the Pro were measured with leaves of different parts.The result showed that the contents of MDA was extremely significant in leaves at the different growth stages,the MDA content increased significantly with the influence of the disease.The contents of POD increased at first and then decreased,varieties with strong resistance showed with small change ranges.The activities of SOD showed higher level in varieties with strong resistance.The contents of Pro was extremely significant in leaves at the different growth stages with declining significantly followed the influence of the disease.
