摘要 在我国的甲烷排放中,煤炭开采、油气开采等能源活动的排放量占比能够达到44.8%,是排放量最多的人为排放源。因此对煤矿瓦斯抽采及利用技术总结评价,结合控排政策细化治理途径有利于提高煤矿瓦斯的综合利用率,推动我国甲烷的减排,助力实现“双碳”目标。本文从煤矿瓦斯抽采技术、煤矿瓦斯利用技术和煤矿瓦斯控排政策三方面,对我国煤矿瓦斯控排现状进行梳理,为我国控制和减少甲烷排放工作取得显著效果提供支撑。 In China's methane emissions,the proportion of emissions from energy activities such as coal mining and oil and gas extraction accounts for 44.8%,making it the largest source of man-made emissions.Therefore,the evaluation of coal mine methane extraction and utilization technology,combined with the emission control policies to refine the treatment approaches is conducive to improving the comprehensive utilization rate of coal mine methane,promoting the emission reduction of methane in China,and contributing to the achievement of the"double carbon"goal.This paper reviews the status quo of coal mine methane emission control from three aspects:coal mine methane extraction technology,coal mine methane utilization technology and coal mine methane emission control policies,which provide support for achieving significant results in controlling and reducing methane emissions in China.
