硬质类石膏在古陶瓷补配修复时的性能研究

Study on the Properties of Hard Gypsum in the Repair of AncientCeramics

普通石膏是古陶瓷修复常用的修复材料,硬石膏、高强模型石膏、特硬石膏、钻石硬石膏等硬质类石膏,因强度性能好,频繁被修复工作者使用,但硬度较大难以打磨是其不利因素,本研究发现普通石膏和硬质类石膏混合使用,能够达到取长补短的较好效果,遂选取了市面上常见的硬质石膏作为实验样品,从石膏的抗折强度、粘结强度,表面硬度等对其进行研究,其研究结果不仅有利于深入了解硬质类石膏与普通石膏的不同性能,也有利于改善硬质类石膏在古陶瓷上的修复性能。

Plaster is commonly used in ancient ceramics restoration.Hard gypsums like anhydrite,high-strength gypsum,and diamond hard anhydrite,due to their good strength performance,are also frequently used by restorers.However,they are harder and more difficult to grind.This paper selected several common types of hard gypsum on the market,mixed them with ordinary plaster,and studied the flexural strength,bonding strength,and surface hardness of the mixture.It is found that the mixture of common plaster and hard types of gypsum can achieve a better effect in restoration.The results of this study are not only conducive to better understanding the different properties of hard gypsum and common plaster,but also conducive to improving the repair performance of hard gypsum on ancient ceramics.
