Cu(DDC)_(2)纳米给药系统的抗肿瘤研究进展

摘要 二乙氨基硫代甲酸铜[copper diethyldithiocarbamate,Cu(DDC)_(2)]可通过多种机制诱导肿瘤细胞死亡,是一种潜在的抗肿瘤药物.但Cu(DDC)_(2)极低的水溶性使其应用受到很大限制.Cu(DDC)_(2)纳米给药系统在细胞和动物模型中显示出良好的抗肿瘤作用.文章基于近年来关于Cu(DDC)_(2)纳米给药系统的抗肿瘤研究进行总结和展望,为新型Cu(DDC)_(2)纳米给药系统的设计提供参考. Copper diethyldithiocarbamate[Cu(DDC)_(2)]can induce tumor cell death through various mechanisms,which is a potential anti-tumor drug.However,the extremely low water solubility of Cu(DDC)_(2) greatly limits its application.Cu(DDC)_(2) nanomedicine delivery systems have shown good anti-tumor effects in both cellular and animal models.This paper was based on recent anti-tumor research on Cu(DDC)_(2) nanomedicine delivery systems,summarizing and looking forward to providing reference for the design of new Cu(DDC)_(2) nanomedicine systems.
