智慧图书馆是建立在传统图书馆、数字图书馆、智能图书馆基础之上,把智能信息技术应用于图书馆而形成的一种图书馆新形式。加强对馆员职业胜任力的内涵分析和培养路径研究,促进馆员的专业素养、职业精神和自我提升能力的提升,是深化智慧图书馆建设、促进可持续发展能力提升的重要内容。文章探索了智慧馆员职业胜任力的核心要素,对提升新时代高校智慧图书馆员职业胜任力的路径进行了探索研究,旨在加强智慧图书馆的优质人才队伍建设,为高校“双一流”建设做出贡献。

Smart library is a new form of library based on traditional library,digital library and intelligent library,and the application of intelligent information technology to the library.It is an important part of deepening the construction of smart libraries and promotion the improvement of sustainable development ability to strengthen the connotation analysis and training path research of librarians’professional competency and promote of librarians’professional quality,professionalism and self-improvement ability.This paper explores the core elements of the professional competency of smart librarians,and explores and studies the path of improving the professional competency of smart librarians in colleges and universities in the new era,aiming to strengthen the construction of high-quality talents in smart libraries and comtribute to the construction of“Double First-class”in universities.
