Research on the future industry“track”selection strategy for technology investment promotion:taking Nantong as an example

科技招商是战略性招商,是区域可持续发展能力的招商,是为区域发展进行战略性资源储备的招商,已成为当前诸多城市推动区域创新发展与转型升级的主引擎。文章立足于科技招商产业“赛道”选择视角,梳理具有代表性的案例经验,以南通市为例对其科技招商产业“赛道”选择进行策略研究,探索总结“赛道”选择模型,以期形成一条可复制的范式路径。

Technology investment promotion is a strategic investment promotion,a promotion of regional sustainable development capabilities,and a promotion of strategic resource reserves for regional development.It has become the main engine for many cities to promote regional innovation,development,and transformation and upgrading.The paper is based on the perspective of selecting the“track”of the technology investment industry,and summarizes representative case experiences.Taking Nantong city as an example,it conducts strategic research on the“track”selection of its technology investment industry,explores and summarizes the“track”selection model,in order to form a replicable paradigm path.
