摘要
文章将泛在知识环境作为研究背景,分析知识环境概念的由来和特点,指出图书馆必须改变传统的被动服务模式,树立以人为本的服务理念,主动开展个性化、知识化和学科化服务才能适应泛在知识环境。处于泛在知识环境下的图书馆要坚持以人为本、互动参与、协同合作等原则,以用户需求为中心,为用户提供不同深度的知识服务,进而满足用户在生活、学习、工作和科研中的不同需求。
The article takes the ubiquitous knowledge environment as the research background,analyzes the origin and characteristics of the concept of knowledge environment,and points out that libraries must change the traditional passive service mode,establish a people-oriented service concept,and actively carry out personalized,knowledge-based,and disciplinary services to adapt to the ubiquitous knowledge environment.Libraries located in a ubiquitous knowledge environment should adhere to principles such as people-oriented,interactive participation,and collaborative cooperation,with user needs as the center,and provide users with knowledge services of different depths to meet their different needs in life,learning,work,and scientific research.
