Clinical value of MRI signs in predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with placenta accreta spectrum disor⁃ders

随着胎盘植入谱系疾病发生率的上升,胎盘植入的产前诊断以及如何精确判断疾病凶险程度、完善手术方案等问题需要解决。因此,如何更好的使用影像学方法预测胎盘植入患者不良妊娠结局,是值得深入研究的一个问题。本文就MRI征象对各类不良妊娠结局预测的临床价值进行综述。

With the increasing incidence of placenta accreta spectrum disorders,the prenatal diagnosis of placental implantation and how to accurately determine the degree of disease aggressiveness and refine surgical protocols need to be addressed;therefore,how to better use imaging modalities to predict adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with placental implantation is an issue that deserves in-depth study.In this article,we review the clinical value of MRI signs for predicting various types of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
