摘要
简要介绍了成品油供应链的概念,分析了时间节点对定价的影响、采购模式和供应商对采购成本的影响、物流成本对采购成本的影响,提出了成品油采购成本的控制措施:一是准确把控采购节点,优化采购模式;二是加强供应商管理,规范采购细节;三是优化运输结构,创新管理方式,进一步提升成品油采购成本控制水平。
The concept of oil product supply chain are briefly introduced,the impacts of time nodes on pricing,procurement modes and suppliers on procurement costs,logistics costs on procurement costs are analyzed,and the control measures for oil product procurement costs are proposed:the first is to accurately control procurement nodes and optimize procurement modes;the second is to strengthen supplier management and standardize procurement details;the third is to optimize the transportation structure,innovate management methods,and further improve the cost control level of oil product procurement.
