活性染料轧染-非水介质固色免水洗工艺研究

摘要 活性染料在非水介质中对棉纺织品固色可以获得90.0%以上的固色率,但是染色后仍需要水洗2~3次,耐摩擦和耐水洗色牢度等才能满足要求。为实现在活性染料轧染-非水介质固色染色体系中对棉纺织品染色后的免水洗,采用了预轧碱液→烘干→浸轧染液→非水介质固色→后处理工艺。结果表明,带液率是影响染料固着率的重要因素,当带液率在50%以下时,固色率超过95.0%。非水介质中固色后,再经固色剂处理,不经过水洗,耐水洗和耐摩擦色牢度可超过3级,满足应用要求。与浸染工艺相比,在非水介质中的连续快速固色实现了免水洗染色,避免了后道的水洗要求。 Reactive dyes can obtain 90.0%fixation in non-aqueous medium.However,the dyed fabric still needs to be washed 2~3 times to meet the requirements of color fastness.In order to realize the washing-free dyeing of reactive dye,the‘pre-rolling alkali solution-drying-dip rolling dyeing solution-fixing-post-treatment’was adopted.The results show that the water content of fabric is an important factor,which affects the fixation rate of reactive dyes.When the water content of the fabric is less than 50%,the final fixation of reactive dye is more than 95.0%.It is treated with fixing agent,the washing and rubbing fastness of cotton fabric can exceed grade 3,meeting the requirements of color fastness.Compared with the dip dyeing,the continuous and fast fixation of reactive dyes in non-aqueous medium can realize the washing-free purpose and avoid the subsequent washing procedure.
