无机杂化改性PVDF膜研究

摘要 纺织品广泛应用于人类生产与生活过程中,但其功能单一,无法满足提高空气质量等特殊应用要求。文中采用溶剂挥发诱导相分离法,制备了兼具吸湿和吸甲醛功能的聚偏氟乙烯-凹凸棒土(ATP)-CaCl2杂化膜,重点研究了ATP含量对膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明:ATP含量的增加使膜形成疏松多孔结构,同时膜的吸湿量、甲醛吸附量和力学性能均提高;M10膜吸湿量为0.876 g/g,甲醛吸附量为73.6 mg/g,干态强力为0.397 MPa,湿态强力为0.398 MPa;M10膜在纺织品上成膜连续性较好;所得膜及其制膜工艺可为纺织品表面整理功能化提供宝贵经验与技术储备,开拓了纺织品在空气处理领域中的应用。 Textiles are widely used in the process of human production and life,but their function is single,which can not meet the special application requirements such as air quality improvement.In this study,the polyvinylidene fluoride/attapulgite(ATP)/CaCl2 hybrid membranes with both hygroscopic and formaldehyde adsorption functions were prepared by the solvent volatilization-induced phase separation method.The effect of ATP content on membrane structure and properties was studied.The results show that the porous structure is formed with the increase of ATP content,and the hygroscopicity,formaldehyde adsorption and mechanical properties of the membrane are improved.The water vapor adsorption capacity of M10 membrane is 0.876 g/g,the formaldehyde adsorption capacity is 73.6 mg/g,the dry-state strength is 0.397 MPa,and the wet-state strength is 0.398 MPa.M10 membrane has good film formation continuity on textiles.The membrane obtained in this study and its filmmaking process can provide valuable experience and technical reservation for the functionalization of textile surface finishing,and expand the application of textiles in air treatment.
