南通市通州区居民死因监测工作做法及存在问题分析

Analysis on the Work Practice and Existing Problems of the Resident Cause of Death Monitoring in Tongzhou District ofNantong

死亡构成和死亡水平是反映人民健康状况的重要指标。南通市通州区通过健全管理体系、建立监测网络、加强业务培训、实行绩效考核、开展部门协作等为高质量开展居民死因监测工作、收集完整准确的死亡数据提供保障。针对死因监测工作人员变动频繁、村级工作不扎实、流动人口不确定等问题,提出加强死因监测队伍的稳定性、管理的规范性、人员的专业性和指导考核的效率性等对策建议。

The death data of residents is one of the important indicators to reflect people’s health status.Tongzhou District of Nantong ensured the high quality monitoring of resident causes of death and the collection of complete and accurate death data by improving the management system,establishing a monitoring network,strengthening business training,implementing performance assessment,and carrying out departmental collaboration.In view of the problems affecting the development of cause of death monitoring,such as frequent changes in the staff of cause of death monitoring,inadequate village level work and uncertain floating population,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to strengthen the stability of cause of death monitoring team,the standardization of management,the professionalism of personnel and the efficiency of guidance and assessment.
