卵巢癌围手术期护理质量敏感指标体系构建研究

Construction of an Evidence-based Nursing Quality-sensitive Indicator System for Perioperative Ovarian Cancer

目的:构建卵巢癌围手术期护理质量敏感指标体系,为卵巢癌围手术期护理质量的评价与监测提供依据。方法:基于循证理念,以Donabedian“结构—过程—结果”三维质量评价模式为理论框架,采用德尔菲法构建卵巢癌围手术期护理质量敏感指标体系。结果:两轮咨询专家的积极系数均为94.4%,权威系数分别为0.86和0.87。两轮咨询,专家对各指标的条目重要性、计算公式合理性、资料收集可操作性的Kendall’s W系数在0.092~0.176之间,P值均<0.05,说明专家意见的协调程度差异有统计学意义。最终构建50项卵巢癌围术期护理质量敏感指标,其中一级指标3项,二级指标14项,三级指标50项。结论:构建的卵巢癌围手术期护理质量敏感指标体系具有精准性、特异性和闭环管理特性,结果科学可靠。

OBJECTIVE To construct a nursing quality-sensitive indicator system for perioperative ovarian cancer and to provide evaluation and monitor the the perioperative nursing quality of ovarian cancer for clinical nurses.METHODS Based on evi⁃dence-based nursing concept and Donabedian’s structure-process-outcome quality of care model as the theoretical framework,it used Delphi expert correspondence consultation to construct a nursing quality-sensitive indicator system for perioperative ovarian cancer.RESULTS The positive coefficients of the two rounds of correspondence with experts were 94.4%,the authority coefficient of expert was 0.86 for round 1 and 0.84 for round 2.There were statistically significant differences in the coefficient of concordance(W)of the expert opinions of the importance of each indicator,rationality of calculation formula and operability of data collection in the two rounds of correspondence with experts(P<0.05).The nursing quality-sensitive indicator system for perioperative ovarian cancer is composed of 3 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 50 third-level indicators.CONCLUSION The nursing quali⁃ty-sensitive indicator system for perioperative ovarian cancer is precise,specific,scientific and reliable.It has closed-loop manage⁃ment features.
